Mobile store purchases

The USD pack prices below are the web catalog. For in-app purchases, the local price and any applicable taxes shown by Apple or Google before confirmation govern that purchase and may differ from web pricing. Store purchases are one-time consumable credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. Use the same ExamAgent account to access your credited balance on another device; restoring a store purchase does not reissue credits already used. Availability can differ between the website and mobile app.

Operator and agreement

ExamAgent is provided by Chukwuemeka John Okparaeke, an individual operating as Mactrix XR in Nigeria. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Questions: support@mactrixxr.space.

The service

ExamAgent is an independent AI-assisted study platform using third-party AI models, currently Google's Gemini API. It provides explanations for user-submitted text or photographed practice questions, country-based exam discovery, saved explanations, and PDF export/storage. It does not sell exam registration, official qualifications or access to exam boards' question banks. ExamAgent is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or the exam organisations whose names identify study pathways.

Your account

Provide accurate account details and keep your login secure. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; where parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it before use or purchase. You are responsible for activity you authorise and for having the necessary rights to submitted content. Do not share accounts to bypass credit limits.

Study use and AI limitations

Use the service for learning and authorised practice, not prohibited assistance during a live exam or submitting generated work as your own assessed work. AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or outdated explanations. Check important information against trusted course materials or a teacher. No score, admission, qualification or academic outcome is guaranteed. Educational discussion of regulated subjects is not professional medical, legal or financial advice.

Credits, prices and fulfilment

New accounts receive 3 introductory question credits once. The listed packs are 20 credits for US$1.00, 50 for US$1.99, 200 for US$5.99, 1,000 for US$29.99 and 2,500 for US$49.99. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; there is no automatic renewal. Final tax and currency conversion, where applicable, are shown before payment.

One credit is reserved for each submitted question. A failed generation returns that credit automatically; reopening an existing answer does not cost another credit. An answer may contain mistakes despite generation succeeding. Purchased credits are assigned to the signed-in account after server-side payment verification, which may take time. Credits are not transferable, are not money, and have no scheduled expiry while the service and account remain available. No paid-service access is promised before a successful purchase.

Web purchases are processed by Creem. The payment provider and seller-of-record terms are identified at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for help with duplicate charges, undelivered credits and refund requests. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Refunds or payment reversals remove corresponding credits; if those credits were already used, your balance may become negative. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you submit and permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver the service. Do not upload leaked exams, unauthorised copyrighted material, or private information without permission. Illegal, exploitative, NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content generation, harassment, harmful instructions and abuse of the service are prohibited. Legitimate, non-explicit educational biology or health questions are not prohibited merely because they discuss anatomy. See the full policy.

Availability and account closure

We may investigate misuse and restrict or suspend access for violations or security reasons. Features may be interrupted for maintenance or technical faults. Contact support about a restriction or unresolved paid service. You can delete your account in Settings; export your files and resolve any billing questions first. Account deletion does not automatically refund purchases.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. We are not responsible for academic decisions you make based solely on generated content. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or override mandatory consumer protections. Material changes will be posted here and communicated where appropriate; new prices do not retroactively change a completed purchase.
